With 23% of stocks above their 10 week MA we approach a traditional buy signal at 20% above and an even better one at 16% which came on May 07.
If things are still in decline at 16% above the 10 Weak MA, I think its time to get very defensive (whatever that means).
Today was new car day, or gold plated toilets, can not decide which.
